EU domestic shipping
We ship all orders within the European Union quickly and reliably using trusted carriers. For smaller parcels, we work with local postal services (such as Deutsche Post/DHL, La Poste, or Correos), which offer affordable tracked delivery across the EU. For larger or high-value orders, we may use courier partners like DPD, GLS, or UPS to ensure faster shipping and full tracking.
Typical delivery times within the EU are 2–6 business days, depending on the destination. All shipments include a tracking number, which will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
International shipping
We proudly ship worldwide outside of the European Union. Depending on the destination, we use reliable courier services such as DHL Express, UPS, or FedEx, ensuring safe and timely delivery. For smaller parcels or destinations covered by reliable networks, we may also use international tracked postal services.
Delivery times vary by region:
Europe (non-EU): 4–8 business days
North America: 5–10 business days
Asia & Oceania: 7–14 business days
Rest of World: 10–20 business days
All international orders include tracking. You will receive your tracking number once your package has been dispatched.
Please note: International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These are determined by your country’s regulations and are the responsibility of the customer.
RETURNS
We want you to be fully satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To initiate a return, please contact us at [your email/contact form link] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with the return address and instructions.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all tags/packaging intact.
Custom or made-to-order pieces are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days from the time we receive your return for the refund to appear.
